CADD Center Gorakhpur, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office activities under the guidance of Sumit Sir. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the center. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
2. Administrative Support: Assist Sumit Sir and other team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student registrations, course materials, and other relevant documentation. Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
4. Communication: Facilitate communication between staff members, students, and external stakeholders. Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
6. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions. Coordinate logistics and handle registrations.
7. Assistance with Marketing Activities: Support marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials, updating social media platforms, and assisting with other marketing initiatives as required.
8. Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise in the day-to-day operation of the office. Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or certification in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or training institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
